Request to Delete Your Data
Scope of Application

This page is intended for users of the Gift Card On Panda app, developed and published by Panda MARKETING, to provide instructions for requesting deletion of their personal data.

How to Request Data Deletion

You can request the deletion of your personal data through either of the following methods:

Open the Gift Card On Panda app and go to "User Center > Account Cancellation > Delete Account", then follow the instructions;

Send an email to pandacard@pandacard.org with the subject "Request to Delete Account and Data", and include your registered phone number or account information in the email.

Data Deletion and Retention Policy

We will delete the following data within 30 working days after receiving your request:

Personal information (nickname, avatar, phone number, etc.)

Order history, favorites, preferences, and other app usage data

To comply with applicable laws, we may retain the following information for up to 6 months:

Payment or transaction-related records

Any data required to be retained by law

Once your data has been deleted, your account will no longer be accessible or restorable.
